Are your designs exactly as shown in photos?
Each arrangement is handcrafted and may vary slightly due to seasonal availability while maintaining our signature style.
Can I customize my bouquet?
We offer custom and bespoke floral designs on a limited basis. Please submit an inquiry with your preferred date and budget.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer local delivery within Manhattan only.

Same-day delivery may be available for select arrangements depending on availability and location within Manhattan.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available by appointment. Details will be shared once your order is confirmed.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
